I believe it’s his lack of upper facial movement to match the extremely flexed mouth muscles. It’s not a genuine smile. It’s very forced and we can perceive that despite not knowing why.
Weren’t there articles floating around last year saying that Telegram is an FSB honeypot? So which is it?
