something i’ve noticed after being on lemmy for a few months is the comments are absolutely worse than reddit’s. nearly every thread i click on, the top comment is someone speculating wildly on something they could have just googled in two seconds. reddit at least sometimes has decent comments at the top, but not lemmy. it’s not making me go back to reddit, but i’ve learned i prefer endless stupid jokes over anger derived from performative stupidity.
are you witholding actual evidence that things have changed for… fun? or because you don’t have any? almost no plastic can even be recycled in the first place, and nearly all of that plastic bears fake logos implying it’s recyclable.
