And my expectation is that people who are pirating tend to be more willing to wait for a few days on a torrent than they are to pay for a shitty movie.

Imo nobody should download or watch the movie regardless, it’d be better if the whole thing just got removed from the public conscience. So I say don’t contribute in any way to helping people keep the garbage alive.
