We’re dying every day since we are born. Or conceived I suppose.
I think, that’s starting to happen only after 25-ish years of age. Until that moment your body is developing.
Your body is still constantly dying a little. Even as a child your cells continuously renew.
Cells - die, yes. But the body as a whole - not, it’s developing.
It’s developing by dying and regrowing.
