      It’s not too clearly written as they bounce around a bit, but I think they meant it was the 2nd dude ie. the 19 year old not charged with murder that got bail.

      “The 18-year-old was charged with murder, participating in a criminal group and contributing to criminal activity and was expected to appear in bail court on Saturday.”
