i read through it but im still unsure if i want to download the app (a wiiphone launcher, don’t ask), so i thought i could ask you nerds i mean smart people to help me decide (no its not because im lazy, im genuinely unsure)

    These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers.

    If all data is retained locally and not collected why would you have data on the servers to delete?

    You mention that your Log Data includes ip adresses, that is considered personal data according to the gdpr so you will want to add clauses regarding that data gathering.

        Well I would guess the program have been made as part of a project for school and it will probably not receive any more updates since the release two years ago. It isn’t properly licensed but it seems to be source-available so you could check the source code if you want to ensure nothing weird is going on.

        The privacy policy wouldn’t pass any kind of proper legal team as it looks today and I doubt you can expect what is written there to be what is done for real.

        Personally I would look for a floss app with continued development instead.
