People are not regularly getting kidnapped off the streets of Chicago, and if you think they are you might want to look into where you’re getting your information from.

LA is not a country nor is Seattle
The only people abducting people and holding them for ransom in Chicago and Seattle are ICE agents.
I bet you haven’t been to a “big city” more than once in the last 5 years. People are not regularly getting kidnapped off the streets of Chicago, and if you think they are you might want to look into where you’re getting your information from.
