The car industry needs you to design and build the greatest car parks that simple town life hasn't seen before. Introduce the need for car commuting and turn neighborhoods into car parks! Use propaganda to convince people to pay you for it. Fight people that see through your oily business.

I thought this game looked pretty interesting. The developer is Dutch.

You have to maximize the profits of your car industry:

  • Build parking lots in desirable areas and then close down public transit nearby.
  • Evict city apartment dwellers and force them into suburban developments where car dependency is a must.
  • Spread “car brainness” in the population with pro-car propaganda around town, and send squads of riot cops to fight anyone who disagrees with you.
  • Provide new services for your car dependent society: fast food drive thrus, oil refineries, and gas stations

    Oh my god, this looks amazing. As a Dutch person, I gotta play this. Sadly only natively on Windows, though. It should be supported on Linux natively (rather than just through SteamOS) and Mac.

    It’d be fun if there were a Humane mode where your goal is to improve pedestrian, bicycle and public transit infrastructure, availability and safety…
