Don’t worry though, if you view the package from above (very natural for something hung at eye level) and ignore all the deceptive graphics implying 2 sticks are in there then it technically does state that it is a “starter kit”

This is obviously designed to decieve right? Like no matter what they technically say it is deliberately printed to obscure that the sheath is not around the tube and is actually the second tube, while placing the description in a hidden way. Isn’t this sort of anti-customer packaging like specifically not allowed here?

Maybe the photos aren’t demonstrating the problem but I can’t really see where it suggests there are two sticks in the pack. There are definitely way worse examples of misleading packaging out there.

Here is how it looks on the shelf. The description of the contents isn’t visible, the lack of blue shealth is covered by a cardboard print of a sheath and the identically sized second plastic bubble is entirely obscured to avoid cluing you in that it’s not 2 of the same thing.

The only reason to design it this way is to trick people. What defense can be mounted?

Okay, I can definitely understand what you mean now. Yes, it’s pretty obviously designed to deceive.
