Like this: I approach either the guy or girl playing the guitar whilst singing a song in LA or the performer break dancing in NYC, and put in a 10,000 (Kuwaiti) Dinar [~$32,610] tip or equates to 5 stacks in cash since the max is 2000 KD in a single one, but will they appreciate a tip that massive in foreign currency?
However, even though it’s non-$: can it still be stolen as it’s just sitting in their tip jar? When accounting for currency conversion: if it was stolen, would that mean the thieves end up getting more than anticipated? Do you give money to either street performers or musicians if their performance is good?

I can’t see why anyone would say no to a donation. (While performing for donations) I assume anything can be stolen, but like the other person said, if you do it towards the end of their set I assume they would put it out of sight or end their set to go secure it if they were worried.
