There are other YouTubers who have managed to make meaningful chips (on the order of 1000 transistors) out of basically a garage setup with salvaged and/or improvised equipment. I would be shocked if this guy can’t do better than that with his much more sophisticated setup.
I’m guessing he can’t really do much of a chip per se. Sounds more like he can do only base components.
