This is dumb. Too many people are too close to poverty to start wrecking their shit just because they’re using things the way that they’re intended to be used. You’re making a really big assumption that the people parking there even know there used to be a bike lane there. I suppose you would advocate for bombing civilians in war time too, so they can “pressure their government”…
