Build affordable housing on it. They’re already doing that to some closed railway in Brooklyn someplace. Just building a giant platform over the railway and then they’re gonna build a neighborhood on top of that. Then they’re gonna remodel the railway so it’s still serviceable. apparently they’re gonna try to make it some sort of transit hub for Amtrak or something.
