Car brains vs surveillance state… Which shitty side will “win”?
I’m pretty sure that both sides will win - more cars, more cameras - as the planet continues to becomes an even less inhabitable dystopia.
It’s a shame, because I care a lot about this issue and want more people to know about it… but this isn’t about car-centric infrastructure and is therefore off-topic. Please don’t post things that make me sad to have to remove them. : (
The people think the trial should be nullified. Where’s that jury, how to get on it?
This isn’t car-only technology. License plate reading and crime stopping is how this technology is advertised, but it identifies bikes, pedestrians, sounds, with newer versions sniffing Bluetooth/WiFi MAC addresses and even tire pressure sensors.
This is complete surveillance of all; routes, associates, times, and behavioral patterns.
