    Are we assuming iceland is not europe? Also isn’t Jostedalsbreen much larger than Aletsch?

    It’s 90° (32° Celsius) in the artic, I’m so afraid it’s too late for all of the glaciers. I hope to see one and show my kids before they’re all gone.

      Where is it 32 in the arctic? The warmest I can see is like 20 in inuvik (which is still too hot tbf)

        I read an article yesterday saying it was that high in the Russian tundra all week, above the Arctic circle. It’s warming much faster there than it is everywhere else :(

          That’s especially disastrous there due to the gasses being released from the melting permafrost.
