It’s wild to me that they posed. Not that they stopped that, or that there’s a news story about it. But that they posed.

You get to choose what you use in your personal life, but you won’t have much choice in your workplace.
My opinion is, be prudent. Compartmentalize school and life as much as you can.

I’m pretty sure no person i know notices the artifacts. It’s infuriating, i can even point it out and people just assume that’s what the video looks like.
I wouldn’t call it “Champagne” unless they’re from the Champagne region of France.
Otherwise it’s just pissing out my ass.

I’m NGL, initially i thought “This is probably one of those wacky ads taken out of context.” And no, it’s really really super gross. There’s nothing humorous about it, it’s just a really serious ad about pushing down and threatening a woman who touches your golf club.
It wouldn’t be any better if the victim was a man either. The fact that there’s no other words except ‘the victim’ is telling.
I don’t understand men who don’t like Bush.
Both Sixteen Stone and Razorblade Suitcase were phenomenal albums.

I used to get tapes people didn’t like and record over them all the time. Half my collection had one thing written on it then a piece of tape over it with what it actually was.
The strangest part is that they said “corn on the cob” before corn bone. What do they think the cob is?
Man, its wild how much i miss conservatives of yesteryear.
Okay! I got my swim shorts, extra sandals, my hardcover copy of Seveneves, and my toothbrush.
I was tasked with putting the letters on one of these signs for a few years, and the people who would send me messages had no interest in the actual physical dimensions of said sign so often it would read garbage like this. I’d then start purposely placing unrelated things on the same line, my favorite being: “YOGA.BOWLING LEAGUE SUNDAY 6PM”

Well hold on now.
That’s basically exactly what happened during the RAM cartel of the early 2000’s. I think one guy went to jail for like 6 months, but other than that, yeah.

I mean, they’ve been around for 35 years and they do something like 5 billion USD a year in revenue. I think they’re going to be fine.
I don’t necessarily want this iteration of Epic to be fine, but I’m sure they will be
No way! 68% of 120 is 120% of 68, so drop the 100% now i just need to figure out 20% of 68 or do i need 68% of 20 which is really just 6 tens plus 8% so divide 20 by 10, then times 6 which is 12, now we need 8% of 20 which is just 20% of 8 or whichdies
Tiresa out here shitting dicks left and right.
One of the biggest reasons i stick around, is just the slower pace and lack of algorithms. If i check in the morning, there’s a good chance that the same content will be trending in the afternoon or evening so I’m less inclined to scroll.
Ok but she’s not going to say no because of the implication.

Yeah, but Mr. Wizard’s a dick.
He was awesome, but i love those clips.

I mean, Rothfuss has produced a couple novellas, and Martin has some projects. I get it, but at the same time i wouldn’t blame either of them if they didn’t feel comfortable releasing another of their mainline series.
I want them to, and ten years is a long ass time, but nothing they produce will live up to the hype so that probably causes a lot of anxiety.
But maybe im projecting here. Idk. I feel like the same thing is the reason we don’t have a Half-Life 3 video game. The first two made such a huge impact in terms of tech and gameplay that nothing is going to live up to the hype. So you can either kill yourself trying to achieve unachievable levels of amazing, or go do something you want to do.
This is from an episode of Police Squad, the tv show that the Naked Gun series of movies was based on. I don’t know the exact episode.
