What people joke about in private messages is their business. Jokes don’t have to be funny to us. People’s private jokes are private, and not for us to judge. How would you feel if suddenly everyone was dissecting something you said in a private conversation?

I saw a couple just the other day. It’s not necessarily that they modify the bikes, it’s more often the case that they order a Chinese bike or a scooter from some dropshipper. Un-capped bikes aren’t hard to procure.
