The only thing Linux did that I don’t agree with was remove people with Russian nationality. I think that was more wrong than them allowing you to put whatever age you want at the beginning of startup.
I will say though that this is not the endgame. Porn sites started out this way too just enter an age and good to go. Eventually, it will be pushed to a point you have to upload ID now that might take years and years but when it happens there will be some distros left that won’t play ball.
I’m writing my lawyer as we speak.
Nah but wouldn’t that be legitimately wild if someone pushed that to the point to where California had to make an exemption for temple OS specifically?
Dude now that I think about this I wonder if this could work.

I think this highlights Microsoft’s inability to connect with its customers even more than the AI and shit.
They really just do not give a shit about the consumer, at all.
Its insane people put up with it on their own personal machines I get for work or whatever.

Its a republican majority in Missouri.
That’s why.
And yes I know a republican suggested this bill. It’s all theater. Get one of them to introduce something like this so the rest can strike it down but then you feel some slight glimmer of hope because, “well_ they are trying to help us!!”
But they aren’t. They never are.
It isn’t dead in the water. Google reversed that decision and also I believe part of a lawsuit against google before said it had to maintain the AOSP.
