Pass the bill and the refine it over time. People will find loop holes and then those can be closed as needed. Laws don’t need to be perfect at first pass, but getting it on the books would be a huge shift in the right direction.

I hate that there’s no room for atonement and growth in the current conversation. I don’t know anything about her other than what I see in this article, but if she’s genuinely sorry and looking to support the people she hurt, that’s worth a ton. She grew as a person. Good for her.

They probably need to show investors that the money spent developing it is worth it. “We’ve added X amount of users this quarter alone!”
