Agree. I am glad I am not in that demographic anymore. I worry for my grandson and all the other children growing up in the current environment.

It’s dangerous to go almost anywhere these days. Ok, I exaggerate but how about the floods in Europe, the fires in Europe, in Canada, in Brasil, to name a few?. What about the wars? What about the gun & other violence (and that’s from the law enforcement agents) in the US, in Israel? What about our Pacific neighbours who are seeing their island homes being swallowed up by sea level rise? Why don’t we just let them drown and definitely not go there if we can’t make money off them.

It is the poor who bear the brunt of ill health in large part due to only being able to afford cheap, bad-quality processed food. Sweetening the poison only adds more poison. Stand up for clean water in the US which you have problems with too:

As far as I’m concerned, another reason to not drink carbonated drinks. Better and cheaper to filter water at home and take your own bottle with you.

They’re pretty dodgy too. Our palates have been conditioned by the processed food and drink industries to seek overly sweet foods and drinks (let alone all the other chemicals they put into what goes into our mouths). All of these make the so-called food and drinks addictive which leads to exactly where they want us to be.

We can’t know for sure and it’s also up to us to support the research and and demand better dental care services.
