To make the difference you’d have to peddle thousands or hundreds of thousands of individualized discounts and fundamentally change consumer behaviors. Technology that is at odds with how humans function often fails

This is far too low in this context. Perhaps it should be a percentage of annual revenue or profit or something instead of a fixed amount.
If they’re relying on Cursor or whatever LLM system they’re using to get this number, then it’s probably heavily inflated. Also, it’s likely a good chunk of that is new tests
