Good point. Issue isn’t with him taking over blue states. It’ll be with him doing this in red states preventing representation of for blue districts. We’ll see Atlanta with 0 democrats elected.

I tried to find a summary of the dissent, and it seemed like the only real argument (from Kavanaugh at least) was that calling it illegal would just cause too much chaos (such as refunds to literally the entire world). Like even he agreed it should be unconstitutional.

Maybe if he says it enough times they’ll leave. Or maybe he should enforce the law in his state.
