2·1 day agoYep and it’s in full swing these days. I still help out online but I know there’s a lot of data farming.

1·1 day agoThere is but there’s posts with no interaction for like a year.
Everyone likes videos, I’ve already been asked a few times to make videos about fixing espresso machines; granted I might form a contract for something like that with companies as I don’t want to provide companies free training videos from my decade of experience. And I have developed a few special ways to test and do diagnostics and repair them.
In a way all the knowledge and the work to make a video shouldn’t be disregarded since, odds are, they will redo them and capitalize on it.
That’s why I want to do a broader kind of thing, almost like a video book.
Even if my goal is sustainability and independence, I still need funding. A ten year old go pro isn’t going to show things in tiny detail. While I kept my lenses, I regret selling my camera that could do video.
Thanks for hearing me out.

1·1 day agoI’m not the brightest bulb lol. I’ve driven 220 kph. But I wouldn’t do that anymore. There’s also a lot of room for weight reduction; I do that in both of my vehicles.
I’ve been thinking about how to make a channel about how to fix/recycle/reuse thing etc. Anything from food to electronics.
I welcome the new age of edgyrunners. Hacking(mostly script kiddy stuff but still) and modding is getting really popular.

3·1 day agoThat’s what will happen. But it’s likely they will also think 2k for a digital brick might not be the best thing to do with how expensive everything is.

3·1 day agoI think the effort won’t be necessary. We’re already discussing how 1200-1800(2000 after tax) is sounding insane. I think the argument for how a N64 costing $250 adjusted for inflation has lost it’s value. We didn’t have cellphones, internet plans (ok maybe aol), fees at every corner, a mountain of subscriptions, and whatever else is going on now. And there’s no used game stores now–I mean for these digital bricks.
So it’s time to sit back and eat some popcorn.

8·1 day agoWhat I’m looking forward to seeing is how many scalpers that will buy it on the first day.
It’s not fun that you have to use multiple search engines now. I mainly use Qwant and I qwant to like it but wow is it terrible.
I get tired of this piss ass notion. Those that want to kill go overseas to be PMCs like in Ukraine, and yeah I have some buddies that did that. I have permit and it’s mainly for comp shooting these days. It’s like the fuckcars fork. I’m sorry I like my late dads car and the sound of the engine is comforting.
It’s the same picture. I’ll take being a plumber in Misawa.

Lol I don’t know what to think on that. Looking at the phone, got enough cameras? Is there one that goes into your pants?
But I do think people get too much flack for enlisting; I know a lot of people that they had a choice of enlist or go to prison or become homeless.
I got constantly down-voted in that cesspool for stating things like that. I like my librem for work, it’s really just a mini laptop and still use an iphone for calls and watching anime.
And you know it’s things like getting constant reminders that your cloud is full, don’t worry I know it’s not with that one bug bringing pictures of my exes back. It’s 900 days since you backed up your files! It’s been years and you can’t get the message that I won’t be paying you money for your cloud crap? Insanity. Or let’s update to having more shit you don’t need! And kill your battery and slow your phone down. Didn’t update? Well we still did a soft update.
It was cool to get a apple 4s, now it’s like what year is it? meh I don’t care. And basically having a tablet sucks. I held my 12 mini recently and I was like wow; broke my finger so holding the tablet phones sucks. And I don’t need 50 MB photos.
The settings menu is a myriad like andriod now, I don’t need a labyrinth of settings.
Now that I think about it Tim Apple is a fan of eating ass, so we get to experience it as well! /s
Well it might have been a full marathon, that got cut short.
I didn’t know those we’re a thing. Sounds pretty cool.
“what my race was.”
The half-marathon!

I was a cleaner when I was in college, in a few ways–and yes if blood came to mind, then yeah. Aside from that weird scenario, I didn’t even want to think what happened but hey I’m also getting paid to get the walls painted.
Generally it was expected that people would leave a mess. And the bonus was whatever food or booze was left in the fridge or left behind.
I have no sympathy for these twats. If I had ever used airbnb, I would just fuck with your shit reading that. Your router would be factory reset at the least. And I would totally take 2 hour showers, no exceptions on that. And the AC would be on max; rip off whatever interface and connect the red and yellow wires with–what ever metal thing really to leave it on, if you leave the, likely, wifi controller they wouldn’t even know if you kept the wifi on. Trip em up with flipping the main breaker also to give yourself a window to start or create more chaos.
I could go on, but I’m not advocating doing any of this, just stating examples.
