There is some truth to it. Sometimes it’s better to just top up and keep chugging along on older vehicles that haven’t been well maintained.

A lot of the shops use pressurized system to flush and refill coolant, power steering, brakes. That can pop leaks in old hoses/lines, blow seals etc. It’s much safer if you gravity drain and skip the pump they use in almost every shop.

Even China isn’t really a communist country anymore. It’s authoritarian and hyper capitalist af with “Chinese characteristics”.

We should take all the good parts of commie ideology without wanting centrally planned 1 party horror show with gulags and re-education camps. Such as nationalized critical infrastructure instead of private power and oil companies making billions while people suffer. Tax the wealthy. Fund public education adequately etc etc.
