The most disappointing apple I’ve ever had was an Arkansas black (or might’ve been Alabama black). Cosmetically it’s a gorgeous apple. Nice and round and a deep shade a red, like what you’d expect to see used as a prop in a Snow White production. But when you bite into it it’s a sandy, mealy disgrace.

When I was a kid I had oral surgery which made chewing food right after difficult while I recovered. My mom made a chicken veggie soup that she blended so that it was smooth and it was actually amazing. Like a savory shake.

I have a breville toaster oven that has an air fryer mode. But from what I know air fryers just cook using convection.

Pretty much this. I couldn’t commit to self-study enough to make any meaningful progress even though I tried really hard. I’m sure other people can just pick up a book and some audio tapes and do well on their own. I ended up doing lessons in iTalki because I need the guidance and live feedback. It’s been great so far although I’ve only been at it for a few weeks. Looking forward to see where I am in a year.

Because some restaurants have deals for taco Tuesday so it may be worth it to some to wait to save some money.
