1·1 month agoThere are some specialist boutique bra shops that get all sorts of sizes in. The shop I found caters for different bodies including surgeries, transitioning, disabilities ( I never knew you could bras that do up with strong magnets for those that can’t do hooks), and definitely the larger sizes.

1·2 months agoI have not thought of going to sports shops. I wear an underwire to hold the bottom in place and a tight yoga compression type bra to hold the top in place but they still have their own painful movement. If I go for smaller bras i just won’t be able to breathe :)

1·3 months agoMy local council will come back multiple times and if the car hasnt moved slap an abandoned car sticker on it and then 24 hours later tow it. Though we definitely know each local council has its strengths and cough weaknesses.

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•Those in countries with universal healthcare, what's it like?
0·4 months agoNot in WA. $95 for a 10 minute GP consult, but you get ~$35 back from Medicare. It is usually a 2 week wait to get an appointment but a maybe 10 minute wait in the waiting room. Urgent care is ~$180, wait is up to 2 hours. Emergencies are $0 but wait times can vary from 5 minutes to 3 hours. I wouldnt want to do hospital care without private health insurance.

News@lemmy.world•Walmart digital price labels are coming to every store shelf in U.S. by end of 2026
4·5 months agoWe have had them for a while and honestly they are harder to read. If they are like what we have which is like a mini kindle, darker grey font on a light grey background. So if you arent looking at the correct abgle they are harder to read. In the beginning in supermarkets if something was on special they would reduce the font to put the extra information on it such as normal price and savibg etc. They thankfully now have different colour borders or paper tags for specials making them easier to see. If they were twice the size I would be happier.
I love all types of house music but find it difficult to find events for me. I like dnb but don’t like the crowds. There is plenty of music gigs in Perth.
