As an external employee that gets bought specifically to realize a project/idea/task I found out that smoking made it easier to connect to the employees there and exchange information/get help/whatever.
I only smoked there, after work when I got home, even on weekends, I did not smoke.
This is how I, and everyone I know, started smoking.

You can have your legally mandated 15 minutes for every 8 hour shift. Or you can become a smoker and get <10 minutes of every hour.
