I think buying her shoes would be more appropriate in the circumstances.
I, too, would be impressed by a pretty rock. Who needs absurdly expensive rings when you could have pretty rock 😌
(Plus, I’d always take a nice rock in my hand over the sensory nightmare of a ring on my finger)
the sensory nightmare of a ring on my finger
I feel vindicated to read this. If I’m wearing a ring (or a bracelet) I can’t just let it sit on my hand - best case scenario, it becomes a fidget toy I constantly fiddle with, but that I’m also anxious about losing and/or breaking (especially if it’s expensive.) Such a small thing dominates way too much of my attention.
I curse the zeitgeist for making “Jewelry is a perfect default gift for every woman” a thing. Add in having sensitive skin that reacts to impurities in metal, and I have way too much jewelry that I never wear.
I know someone who proposed with a hag stone
Fuck De Beer
No no, it’s pronounced “fuck DA BEARS!” 😛
I don’t get it. Why is the corvid taking offense?
“Animals” include human beings. Animals are indeed strange, showing off rocks to potential mates.
The corvid is dumb and thinks that “animals” means non-human animals only.
Anger at the hypocrisy
have you met a corvid? tetchy fuckers
It’s the other way around, some human is talking shit about the corvid and the corvid is pissed about the shit talking and remembering seeing a human doing the same
If a crow gave me a pretty rock I would cherish it forever.
I freaking love chickenthoughts cartoons <3
A guy judging a crow, being a guy, does the same thing to impress women :/
Yeah but humans are also animals. I also say stuff like this cause itd just so interesting how our culture and stuff works.
Humans are kettles calling the pot black. We are also animals! We think we are somehow detached to nature when are part of it!
I’d definitely fall in love with a corvid who brought me a pretty rock
“Animals are strange.” – An animal
