Like this: I approach either the guy or girl playing the guitar whilst singing a song in LA or the performer break dancing in NYC, and put in a 10,000 (Kuwaiti) Dinar [~$32,610] tip or equates to 5 stacks in cash since the max is 2000 KD in a single one, but will they appreciate a tip that massive in foreign currency?

However, even though it’s non-$: can it still be stolen as it’s just sitting in their tip jar? When accounting for currency conversion: if it was stolen, would that mean the thieves end up getting more than anticipated? Do you give money to either street performers or musicians if their performance is good?
