Is it just rendering noise on top of a static image? Because that’s oddly satisfying.
yes, i actually made like a picture series but then realized that they where not stacked well, but i still wanted the feeling of slight motion. So i took a single picture and added some RGB noise in Kdenlive before exporting as gif.
