It’s either:
- Cash (Around for a long time, you can pay without leaving a digital footprint of any kind)
- Contactless (Your name is on the card, you need at least a device to process the transaction)
The difference between the two are massive, but contactless while convenient leaves a digital footprint as it records what one purchases (unless you are going to burrow someone else’s card to purchase something or consider the “illegal” route: cards with names from fake ID’s) but, is that route considered truly anonymous?
