I’ve lost 40 lbs so far this year. Every time I feel hungry, I drink a bunch of water and wait awhile to see if I’m still hungry. Almost always, the hunger and cravings disappear in ~15 minutes.

Be nice. Don’t take anything personally. Take political debates to the appropriate communities. Take personal disagreements & arguments to private messages.
