The NY Post, always good for laugh, has decided to devote its editors board opinion to showing how OP Mamdani is for not bending over backwards for a foreign Monarch. Their list of complaints:
- He does not throw a parade or welcome him in by boat as did past mayors
- The only welcome ceremony was at the 9/11 memorial -Mamdani’s calendar didn’t list the event
- Mamdani asked the king to return a stolen 104 carat gem in the British museum back to India

We’ll see what they decide to write about his speech proper though. King talked about the melting ice caps and rampant polarization and nationalization. Where’s the post article about that?

The only thing driving conservatives is “in-group good, out-group bad”. There is no internal consistency beyond that. They’re the worst sort of people.
