I don’t think it’s that they don’t care so much as they often don’t care very much and/or forget to care once they have gotten too worked up over the state of their own genitals to focus on anything else (so, more of a lack of self-awareness and self-control). This is speaking only to heterosexual sex with straight and bi men.

Also, some women aren’t very into it if you don’t bang their brains out, if that’s what they’re feeling.
