Even without john Im a strict don’t shit where you eat person. If I don’t like a person enough to go work somewhere else or vice versa with them then. nope. However I also don’t really make friends at work I make aquantences. I work and head home and by and large keep it all seperate. I have likes some folks at work and could see being hang out friends but you know part of it is being older and married. I just don’t hang out like I did when I was younger.
As far as I know the fast today is the same as it ever was. Different doctors have different protocols though. One reason I have not done another colonoscapy is because of the prep but I want to find a doc that will do the prep with pills. My wife after he last is in agreement with me.

That being said I don’t think pork in particular is going to satisfy your craving for sex any more than fish will but food has often been a comfort compensating thing when you are not getting others but you know. It can have bad health effects.

I mean the technology is not that rare. Like the equipment the guy cured his lactose intolerance with (if he truly had) was borrowed but its really just chemicals and centrifuges and pipets until implantation. I mean somone rich enough could easily get a lab going in their mansion but yeah the average suburbanite bight not be able to get it all together.
100% it can be. Once it was done in animals there is nothing really keeping it done people and while im 100% on if it has been done secretly I would in no way be shocked to find out it had and think its more likely to have been than not.
Im just pointing out we can make a human food just like we make cat food and dog food and indeed have. Soylent sorta started it but there are a variety of other things now doing the same thing with twists (all vegan or organic, etc) and even before then we had meal replacement shakes and bars and actually there is this emergency food called plumpy nut that is actually made to nurse someone back from severe starvation. All sorts of bunker survival ration bar things to which are fairly common as boat things.
i mean I don’t really go to them anymore but its a bit hard to compare when some are more expensive and others are not. So like portillos and bueno beef are pricier but nicer food. Taco bell could fill both slots for me. They can be pretty trumpy but man they got my number on some things. crunchwrap, doritos tacos, nacho fries. Then like popeyes is probably the best I can think of quality to price ratio wise. For national burger chains I feel wendys is pretty good price to quality wise. fast food chains in general kinda suck though and with inflation are just not worth it at all.
travel is expensive and cumbersome and energy intensive. if your worried about the roof over your head travel is the last thing on your mind and it gives pause for those up us trying to maintain a small energy footprint.
Im fine with anything that is gpl as long as its through the whole stack starting at hardware.

The problem is not the concept of ai pc but of microsoft ones that are network connected. I think linux distribution based around a local llm that is limited to assiting with the os and then have opt in for other capabilities could be really interesting.
