Yeah, that’s a good point. I was just thinking in terms of the law alone without the broader context.

But good-faith compliance would look the same way, wouldn’t it? It’s not against the spirit of the law, because this is the actual intent of the law.

So, these men took action—using malicious compliance to prove their point.
Is it malicious compliance? They went to the restroom they were told to go to. It’s more a demonstration of what Kansas law actually means.

Don’t get me wrong, I know USB 3 isn’t even remotely cuttting edge, but OP said that they want the latest tech, which is just not what Fairphone is about.
In the midrange, which is what FPs are, USB 2 is still pretty common.

I don’t believe anybody actually drinks beer for the taste because it objectively doesn’t taste all that great
That’s like, your opinion man.
Plenty of people, like me, drink beer for the taste. I’m not all that fond of sweet drinks, so I actually tend to dislike cocktails or mixed drinks.

Audio jacks aren’t only for audiophiles tho, so I have to disagree that they had to go.

Fairphone is not about the latest tech. They tend to go for well-supported hardware to ensure longterm support.
They’re also not meant to be flagship phones. These specs are pretty common in midrange phones still (and also completely fine for the majority of people).

English subs typically are never plain unfortunately

Idk, preaching that you’re going to hell if you don’t accept Jesus isn’t particularly nice to hear

These types of Christians always immediately jump into some persecution complex once they get some push back. Like it’s a sign of the end timds. Real cult behaviour

Yeah, but like, being busy by doing things we enjoy doing

But this means there’s still no precedence, no?

They say they do (except the LGBTQ+ part, I don’t really see that) , but they actually don’t. They make wild promises (with no plans), only to then “realise” that it’s harder than they though.
They just say that to make them more palatable and undermine actual left wing parties. The amount of times I’ve heard from far-right voters in my country that the difference between their far right party and the socialist party is really small and that they are “economically pretty left”, is insane.
Not sure what internet circles you were in, but I’ve hardly ever seen people be positive about NFTs in mine
