My guess is price fixing, maybe slightly undercutting the current giants. Entering the market is only worth it because the prices are high.

Well, there are people that believe their position would be higher if the ‘others’ wouldn’t have taken that spot.

101·9 days agoI’m finding that Lemmy and the Fediverse in general isn’t good enough for normie stuff, like TV and movies. Frankly, i think videogames too now that i think about it. I’ve seen news about videogames, but never people talking about a videogame. Even anime and manga is very limited.

5·15 days agoMy friend bought a used Kindle paper, it worked perfectly for a month, even bought books for it. Then randomly bricked.
The same happened to me, but with a Kindle fire stick. I loved how nice it looked on my old led tv, even better in my more modern led monitor. The only device i could actually stream at 1080p without image downgrade. It didn’t last 6 months, stuck in a bootloop and i have no idea on how to troubleshoot. Never again.

There are two extra stories that show what could happen. One is of a good person trying to do ‘good’, they killed themselves as soon as they were challenged.
If the story started with Light killing government figures and business moguls world wide, it would have to answer a lot of questions. It was a tighter story keeping it local.

My downtown is the opposite, extremely hot and sunny. So i get wanting to park near your destination, anything else underscores the convenience of driving. However, it’s impractical and ugly for every block to have tons of parking. Which is why i believe that there should be more carless areas and make downtown a pleasure to walk through. Provide shade, chairs, etc.
