The new king, whose wife, Mette-Marit, has recently come under scrutiny over scandals including a much-criticised association with the late US child sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, formally notified the government of his father’s death on Friday morning.

          It’s not about ‘simping for royalty’. I just want a community without the constant death and gloom. Is it asked too much not to post obituaries and war reports?

          I would even argue posts like this break the no-Schadenfreude-rule

      I agree. It looks like the entire Norwegian family is being bashed just because the new queen had close Epstein links, and her son looks like he’s foreign to the concept of sexual consent.

      The deceased king looked like he’s foreign was a decent man by all accounts.
