you will be subject to so many deficiencies very easily. I know vegans who were pretty badly deficient in B12, which can cause long term nerve damage. i think compromising switching between meat and veganism should be reccommedned. plants dont produce b12, and other vitamins.
I love animals and I love eating meat. Controversial take on your take- nobody should be vegan. Look in your mouth for proof. Humans are evolved omnivores. We are to eat meat AND vegetables. Not only one or the other. This is biology. Don’t get this as me saying you shouldn’t be vegan or it’s wrong- just pointing out facts about evolution that I’m sure some won’t see eye to eye with. This is all in good jest!
You’re right. Back then, we needed these teeth to eat the meat of our hunted prey. As pure herbivores, we probably wouldn’t have survived back then. However, our civilization has developed rapidly over the last thousand years, and the need to eat meat to meet our calorie requirements has become superfluous. Not to mention that our hunting instinct has also become obsolete, as we breed, fatten, and kill our prey industrially.
So I don’t accept your argument about biological naturalness under today’s circumstances. Very few people are forced to eat meat to meet their needs.
Everyone who can should live vegan. If you don’t live vegan and call yourselve an animal-lover, you’re a hypocrite.

Not like I have a choice, the only thing that can almost meet my caloric requirement at work is spam cans. No time for much else.

I agree with this one
