Me, I’m partial for a good pair of lenin trousers in the summer.
Silk is cool too, but I draw my linen on cotton
Idk that pentagram looks like the tip is north facing. These Satanist Apprentices must be from the first year class.
Whoever drew it is definitely a fake Satanist/poser. An upright pentagram represents the opposite of a downward one. The Satanic Bible explains why Anton LaVey chose to use an inverted pentagram in the Sigil of Baphomet.
You can have silk satin (if you’re rich).
Are we not going to address the fact that satin is a weave and silk is a fiber?
Nope
Honestly, jersey-knit cotton all the way
Hell fucking yeah
“Eye… Warship… Satin?”
(If anyone can actually remember the name of that movie, please tell me; I’ve been wanting to see it again but don’t remember what it was called)
Satin is more affordable than silk
God I hate satin bedware, like sleeping on a slidy mousepad, while covered… in a slidy mousepad 😩
Exactly. One of the first things I (naively) did as an “adult” after leaving uni was indulge in a set of (discounted) leopard print satin sheets for my brand new adult bed. The novelty very quickly evaporated as the pillows shot out from under my head and the flat sheet levitated itself to the floor within 15 minutes of sliding down to attempt a slumber.
High thread count cotton is where it’s at. Crisp.
So I’ve had to sets of Egyptian cotton bedsheets that I’ve absolutely loved. Then I’ve had 2 sets of Egyptian cotton bedsheets that were so fucking coarse. Thread counts were supposedily the same… Any idea why that would be?
The knitting style. Try jersey-knit
Correction, high thread count and jersey-knit
Too stretchy. Also no good in summer.
If you live where it’s cold flannel sheets are superior in every way (in winter at least).
Puts pillowcase on pillow for the 9th time in the same night, puts pillowcase in wash and never takes it out of the cabinet again. Maybe I move around to much, but who thought a material that slips off the pillow would be a good idea. (Apparently whichever family member that got them for my spouse for a Christmas present).
Viscose bamboo is the way
I’ll take neither. Blech. I’m a cotton man.
I’m a cotton man, in a cotton world
Life in fabric, it’s fantastic!
