WRONG, you absorb most of that and eventually turn into CO2 and urea (protein), poop is mostly indigestible stuff and bacteria + bile (digested old blood cells)
You take credit which does not belong to you. The microbes do the actual work of turning things into poop. You sit there festering while demanding the germs give up their labor as sustenance and you take all the credit for their work. If they unionize you’ll know from the fever as they take back their work.
