sometimes Start and/or Select is added to the sequence.
select/start wasn’t technically part of the code, it was just part of the normal game menu required to start the game after entering it.
Now make a 4-panel where the doctor lands the punches and the 4th panel, the patient is laying unconscious on the ground, and actually it’s just another loss.
