There’s a belief that Asian women are more submissive, which is partly true. There’s cultural factors that could make asian women look more submissive but since they are intelligent women they can see past that.
Now western man have cultural beliefs that Asian women are supposed to be submissive also and this tint their views on them

Racism, even good racism, is always bad. In this particular context : what would happen if someday you have to be a tough and independent woman ? How the man of your dreams will react if you stop conforming to his impossible idea of woman hood ? The answer is always badly

You’re always allowed to feel what you feel and want you want. This is about what’s healthy and what is likely to actually work out for most people.
Im gonna go out on a limb and say a really high percentage of the people who are deciding who to be with based on racism and ease of subjugation are likely pretty terrible people.
Assuming your profile picture is you, for a similar experience you could find a non white guy whos into race play and they’ll fetishize you for your skin color and look right past everything you actually like about yourself. I don’t recommended it though.

everyone has “shallow preferences,” and yes, some people definitely limit themselves to those alone, but not everyone is that dumb
i don’t see asian men or any other ethnic group of men talking nonsense online about their women tho.
i can’t say i have a definite answer to why dudes behave that way. if i had to guess i’d say these people have adopted the hive mentality of “it’s women’s fault i can never get a date” and can’t figure out why they get ghosted after acting like an asshole all the time. they don’t idolize asian women, they idolize cartoon depictions of asian women (girls).
one thing i can tell you for sure is that those people aren’t worth a molecule of your time and attention, and giving them either of those things is pretty much giving them what they want.
That may be a question best answered by looking inward.

Because their opinion of white women is formed by the women they interact with in real life. Real people living their real lives, and they not concerned with with becoming the property of these men (if they even deserve that title).
Their opinion of Asian women is formed by their carefully curated collection of Anime, Porn, and dating sims. They aren’t interested in an Asian woman’s thoughts or hopes and dreams. They just want to own one.
