    Farmers keep people from starving. Governments subsidize farmers to keep prices low. Subsidies come from taxes collected from regular people. So people keep themselves from starving by helping farmers.

    My son’s high school has been without air conditioning for 2 years. I asked around the cost of repair is near 150k

    Of course this means our government is garbage, but at the same time there are 20 billionaires living in my city. You’d think one of these fucks would be like “fuck dude, no ac in the school?? I’ll pay that bill right away” but no, Thats not how they think

      I hear something similar in small organizations. One guy can set up a mutual aid effort and someone else can do start a mildly controversial thing and you can see the attention get split.

    I got into an argument a couple of days ago with someone with the exact same take (verbatim “billionaires are needed to stimulate the economy”), except they were arguing in favour of Chinese “socialism in a capitalist economy” (!). Funny how allegedly opposing viewpoint push the same opinions.

        The message is good because Elon Musk fucking sucks.

        I don’t like Pizzacake because of the vote botting, mass censorship, many misandrist posts, she draws rape porn, I don’t personally like her artstyle, and her sense of humour falls completely flat for me. She’s also the kind of political activist who starts supporting a cause a few years after it becomes maintstream in her circles.

              I actually agree with her pro-women, pro-trans, liberal takes. (Though she never seems to criticize the Democratic party.) My problem with her comics is they’re lazy. She’s just preaching to the choir.

      Lemmings have decided to upvote Pizzacakeslop and downvote anyone who criticizes these comics. They’re lazy as hell, and there are many better artists out there, but Pizzacake has a winning formula of posting agreeable political positions.

      Doesn’t matter that the art is bad and the comics aren’t funny, people agree with the main point.

    Billionaire “charities”: The billionaires own your workplace. They underpay you but it would be even worse if you didn’t have any job, isn’t it? They sell you garbage products, but haven’t you thought that the fact everyone else also use them might be a sign that it’s actually good, you’re just too needy? They help fascists into power, but did you know that communism killed more by numbers? And no more vaccines for Africa, because they now want disease-driven eugenics.
